About This Product

■What is an air leak tester? This tester uses air to pressurize the inside (or outside) of a sealed workpiece and determines leakage based on the pressure change. When pressurizing a leak-free master and a leaking work, the pressure on the leaking work will decrease, creating a pressure difference between the master and the work. Leakage is determined by looking at this pressure difference. This differential pressure type air leak test is generally used to check for leaks, but at Fukuda, in addition to the differential pressure type leak tester, we also have products that use direct pressure type leak tests and flow meters in line with the leak rate (leakage amount). It is up. Additionally, since the medium used for testing is air, there are no running costs and the tester does not pollute the environment. This is an air leak tester that automatically corrects the influence of fluctuations in the external environment (ambient temperature, pressure, etc.) and improves leakage accuracy.
