About This Product
■What is an air leak tester?
This tester uses air to pressurize the inside (or outside) of a sealed workpiece and determines leakage based on the pressure change. When pressurizing a leak-free master and a leaking work, the pressure on the leaking work will decrease, creating a pressure difference between the master and the work. Leakage is determined by looking at this pressure difference.
This differential pressure type air leak test is generally used to check for leaks, but at Fukuda, in addition to the differential pressure type leak tester, we also have products that use direct pressure type leak tests and flow meters in line with the leak rate (leakage amount). It is up. Additionally, since the medium used for testing is air, there are no running costs and the tester does not pollute the environment.
A general-purpose air leak tester that can be used in a wide variety of measurement environments. It has a correction function that is strong against fluctuations in the measurement environment, allowing stable measurements. By using the circuit switching unit (model: ESV), you can easily measure multiple workpieces with one tester. By connecting an electro-pneumatic regulator (model: APU control repeatability ±0.1%), rapid pressurization can shorten measurement time and improve measurement accuracy by stabilizing supply pressure.
