About This Product

A gasket called CIPG (CURED-in-Place-Gasket) that is automatically applied in a 3D program and hardened on the spot with UV irradiation. It is highly flexible, easy to compress, and is easy to follow the distortion of the housing, so it has excellent waterproof and dustproof performance.

■ Features

・ Uvs of viscosity before and after curing and chicksotropy are optimally designed. ・ Due to the UV curing type, the work time is reduced because it hardens in a short time. ・ By automation, it is possible to reduce labor costs, improve work, and suppress variations. ・ Since the molded molded mold that was required with conventional rubber gaskets, it will reduce costs. ・ Because it can be applied to arbitrary shape by program control, the degree of freedom of design is increased.

■ How to handle

Since the light of sunlight and fluorescent lamps contains ultraviolet rays, working in a place where external light is entered or under fluorescent lights may progress. Avoid external light as much as possible and use it under the UV cut type fluorescent light.
