About This Product
It is a sheet -type heat dissipation material that puts it in a gap between the heating body and the heat sink, such as a heat sink, and removes the air pool. It has a high thermal conductivity and an extraordinary softness of αGEL, and has excellent adhesion and tracking, so it has a high heat dissipation effect and reduces the load on the board and element.

・ It has a high thermal conductivity up to 20W/MK, and has an excellent effect on heat dissipation.
-There is an excellent flexibility and adhesion to follow the fine uneven surface and do not create air pools on the contact surface.
・ Excellent electrical insulation and flame retardancy.
・ Low compression stress and reduce the load on the board and element.
・ Customization is possible according to the request, such as reinforced materials, one -sided non -adhesive, and adhesive material. It is also possible to pull out the processing to any shape.
■ Installation method
・ Slowly peel off the protective film on one side.
・ Paste the remaining film so that no air pool remains in the heating body and remove the remaining film.
・ Paste the cooling parts so that no air pools remain between αGEL.
