About This Product

A highly flexible (customizable) compact online gas chromatograph for industrial gas/quality control that enables stricter gas quality control. This is a modular process gas chromatograph that can be equipped with 2 channels (2 trains), allowing online measurement of trace moisture and oxygen (optional feature). By using our unique PED detection method and selectivity, we have achieved unprecedented minimum detection sensitivity. By supporting the detection of multiple sample gases, carrier gases, and impurities in a compact housing, analysis lines that previously used multiple gas chromatographs can be combined into one.

・One unit supports multiple configurations (6U rack mount) ・2 channels (2 trains) can be configured in one gas chromatograph ・Select the detector from PED/TCD/FID detector, and up to 3 detectors can be installed - Combination of up to 6 isothermal ovens or programmable ovens (x3) ・Up to 5 high purity diaphragm valves (carrier samples) ・Modular design concept ensures easy maintenance ・ppt, ppb, ppm and % gas analysis ・15.6 inch wide touch screen ・Up to 10 high-performance diaphragm valves ・Ethernet connection for remote control ・Serial/Profibus/Modbus communication protocol ・High-speed parallel chromatography ・User-friendly interface (LDChroma+, LDCS, LDreport) ・Up to 2 routes of sample gas introduction and simultaneous analysis possible ・Temperature control to ensure maximum precision and stability
