LS100EX is a medium -sized industrial laser, CO2 and fiber laser. The CO2 laser processor LS100EX also offers a low -cost energy version.
■ Characteristics
-Sign manufacturer/sign maker: LS100EX laser processing machine is a signature manufacturing machine that has a 1/4 size (610x305mm) work area of the sculpture material sheet and is suitable for laser sculptures and cutting of signboards. All signboard materials such as plastic, tree, metal, glass, etc. can be accurately sculpted or cut wood as a laser cutter. Acrylic laser cut is also possible. For laser sculptures with contrast, we recommend Gravotech two -layer plates.
・ Mass -produced industrial laser laser processing machine: Industrial laser LS100EX is a laser sculptor/laser cutter that is ideal for processing small to medium -lot items. Install the sculptures and parts to create a sculpture job using Gravostyle sculpture software. Functions such as matrix mode and automatic date stamps are convenient for industrial lasers.
-Selectable from two laser models: CO2 laser/fiber laser: Laser type selection is determined by the material to be cut laser sculpture/laser. CO2 laser processing machines are often used for organic materials such as plastic, wood, paper, and rubber, so they are also used in laser cuts such as wood cuts as signing manufacturers. On the other hand, fiber laser is suitable for metal laser sculptures, but metal laser cut is not compatible.
The LS100 EX has both CO2 laser processing machines and fiber laser models, so they may be selected as signing manufacturers as signing manufacturers, but can be used widely in other applications. CO2 laser processing machines are often used in novelty production, such as acrylic key chain laser cuts.
