About This Product
It makes the input current waveform sinusoidal and reduces and suppresses harmonics generated from the inverter. It also helps improve the power factor. Energy can be saved by returning the regenerated energy from the motor to the power supply. The HS910 series is equipped with communication functions and life detection functions to improve ease of use. In addition, the stability of the generator combination operation has been improved compared to the previous model, and it has achieved tenacious operation.

When using a harmonic suppression unit, the power supply circuit of the harmonic suppression countermeasure guidelines is treated as conversion factor K5=0. The problem that peak current occurs in the input current when using only an inverter is improved by making the input current into a sine wave shape and suppressing the generation of harmonics. Additionally, controlling at a power factor of 1 helps improve the power factor, making it possible to downsize power supply equipment.

A common converter can be used, and inverters can be connected in parallel. Multiple inverters can be connected in parallel to create a common converter. Separate regenerative braking units are not required and harmonics can be suppressed all at once, saving space and reducing costs.

When using a braking resistor, the regenerated energy from the motor is dissipated as thermal energy. Systems using HS910 save energy by returning regenerated energy to the power source and reusing it. Continuous regeneration is possible at 100% of the rated value, and it can also be used in systems with sudden deceleration and frequent acceleration/deceleration.
