■Features・Inverter DC pulse MIG welding machine WT-MIG225AL is a semi-automatic welding machine developed for aluminum welding. (Steel can also be welded)
・It is possible to weld aluminum with a regular semi-automatic welding machine using aluminum wire + argon gas, but since the wire is soft, problems are likely to occur, and it takes time to adjust the current for each plate thickness to be welded, so "semi-automatic welding" It was said that it is difficult to weld aluminum with a machine.
・This welding machine minimizes such problems and allows easy setting of current adjustment for each thickness of plate to be welded. Additionally, the arc length can be adjusted, which enables spray transfer welding and reduces spatter during welding.

In addition, it is also possible to weld thin plates of mild steel, and normally a Φ0.6mm wire is used to weld thin plates of 1mm or less, but this welding machine can weld with a Φ0.8mm wire.
We have been conducting welding tests for about half a year at our company, and it is possible to weld aluminum and steel without any problems. It is especially recommended for those who want to weld aluminum but are not good at TIG welding, when there are many welding points or long distances to weld.
