Plasma Welders are equipment that weld using a plasma arc generated between the electrode and the base metal.

Plasma Welders turn the gas inside the equipment into plasma in order to create an arc discharge. Plasma is also called the fourth state of matter, and is generated by continuously giving energy to a gas. Gases in this state are characterized by their electrical properties due to the presence of charged particles. When this plasma gas is injected, it becomes a conductor and an arc is generated.
Compared to tig welding, which has a similar principle, the arc range is narrower and more focused, enabling welding in finer spaces.
Furthermore, the non-consumable electrode, which is designed to prevent the electrode rod from melting, allows continuous operation for long periods of time.
