About This Product

■Features

・3 year warranty included ・Easy operation with one dial ・Easy setting with AUTO function (just set the base material material and plate thickness) ・Professional finish with low spatter welding ・Aluminum welding is also OK (argon gas required) ・Multi-functions such as self-holding, pulse, double pulse, hot start (hand stick), etc. ・Non-gas welding that does not require shielding gas is also possible (mild steel) ・Spool gun can also be used (sold separately)

■Equipped with new functions

・AUTO function...The easiest setting method, just select the material to be welded (iron/stainless steel/aluminum/copper) and set the thickness. ・Self-holding (4T): Continue welding with the torch switch released and stop when you press it again. Effective when welding long distances. ・Pulse/double pulse: Used for aluminum welding, brazing welding, and low spatter welding. ・Memory function: Up to 18 patterns of set welding conditions can be saved and recalled instantly. ・Electric shock prevention (hand stick)...You can select ON/OFF of the electric shock prevention function when performing arc welding (hand stick). ・Starting current: If you turn on the electric shock prevention function when performing arc welding (hand welding), it will be difficult to start the arc, but increasing the starting current will make the arc start smoother.

■About aluminum welding

・Thickness around 1mm → Φ1.0 wire (standard torch) ・Thickness 2mm or more → Φ1.2 wire (standard torch) or Φ1.0 wire (spool gun) is recommended. *The power cord has three wires, one of which (yellow/green) is the ground, so be sure to ground it. *If necessary, also ground the base metal side. (Class D grounding work) (When the base material is connected to a building or piping, etc.)
