About This Product

Compact design desktop type UV (ultraviolet rays) ozone cleaning reformer "CUVD series" for removing organic contaminants from silicone wafers, semiconductor parts, etc. It can be expected to improve the adhesion of various materials, not just plastic parts. AC100V specification that can be used anywhere. CUVD50U-05 is a compact design ultraviolet cleaning reformer. Three types can be manufactured from 150 to 350. The "CUVD series" is an ultraviolet cleaning and reforming device that decomposes, cleans, and reforms organic compounds using the effects of short wavelength ultraviolet rays and ozone. Adopts a desktop type (batch type) design, allowing easy operation with just "ON/OFF". Safe and secure. Equipped with ozone decomposition catalyst as standard.
