About This Product

■Summary

A large-diameter tandem lens type low-magnification macro fluorescence microscope developed with the aim of maximally detecting slight changes in fluorescence brightness. A microscope with low magnification, high N.A., and a wide field of view to capture weak light. The THT series is a macro fluorescence microscope that allows you to observe the weak fluorescence emitted from biological samples at low magnification and extremely brightly. It has a very simple optical path that combines two large-diameter objective lenses and a custom-made large fluorescence filter, and is designed to detect even the slightest amount of fluorescence without loss. In addition to membrane potential imaging using membrane potential-sensitive dyes, it is used in laboratories around the world for wide-field imaging using various fluorescent proteins such as GCaMP and FRET, and provides image data with a better S/N ratio than ever before. It is very popular if you can get it. We can flexibly support 2-wavelength/3-wavelength simultaneous measurement setups, change/modify stands to suit experimental conditions and space, and custom-order products according to other requests.
