About This Product

■Summary

MiCAM03-C35IR is an ultra-high sensitivity, wide-field imaging system equipped with a large 35mm full-size CMOS sensor with 2,160x1,280 pixels. MiCAM03-C35 uses an ultra-high sensitivity CMOS sensor with large 19um x 19um pixels, low noise technology, and quantum efficiency >80%. This makes it possible to image weak light from dark fluorescent samples, which has previously been difficult to detect with a sufficient signal-to-noise ratio, at a higher signal-to-noise ratio and in a wider field of view.

・Wide field of view: 35mm full size CMOS sensor (diagonal 47.7mm) ・Ultra high sensitivity: 19umx19um large pixel, high quantum efficiency (>80%), low noise technology ・High-speed performance: 2,160x1,280 pixels and 52.6 frames per second imaging speed ・Others: Commercially available fluorescence filters can be attached.

■Comparison of detectable light amount and maximum frame rate of MiCAM series

The MiCAM series has been used to rapidly capture changes in light intensity from bright fluorescent samples, but it has been difficult to capture sufficient signal-to-noise ratio from dark fluorescent samples. The MiCAM03-C35IR enables low-light imaging from dark fluorescent samples that was previously difficult to detect with sufficient signal-to-noise ratio.
