About This Product
This is a 3D printer that allows you to easily create large models at low running costs. Easy to operate with touch panel. It is easy to maintain and can be used in various fields such as figure and jig creation, design verification, etc.
■Features
・This is a DLP® method stereolithography 3D printer. Unlike the fused deposition method, this method can print surfaces at once, so it is faster and allows for high-definition modeling.
-The main body is a desktop size of 540 x 390 x 785 mm. When placed on a tabletop, the touch panel is laid out in a position that makes it easy to change the resin and operate it.
・Although it is a desktop 3D printer, it has a printing area of 192 x 108 x 200 mm. It can print 10 times more than ML-80. Multiple models can be printed at once, greatly reducing printing time.
- Equipped with Full-HD size DLP, it has achieved an XY resolution of 0.1mm even in a wide area. Lamination pitch can be selected from 0.025mm to 0.1mm. Allows for sharper and smoother shapes
- Can be operated standalone without connecting to a computer. The main unit is operated using an LCD touch panel that supports Japanese (bilingual English/Japanese). Necessary modeling data can be imported to USB memory.
- We have adopted a hanging method in which the object is hung upside down and irradiated from below and layered. The gap between the modeled object and the bottom of the vat is set to the stacking pitch, allowing for highly accurate modeling.
・The bottom of the vat for filling the resin is replaceable. Since a replaceable film is used as the bottom, there is no need to replace or purchase the bat body even after repeated use, significantly reducing running costs.
■Easy to maintain and use
・One-touch clamp type modeling bat: The modeling bat is a one-touch clamp type that is easy to remove. Resin recovery and film replacement are possible without the use of tools.
・Clean function: Creates a thin film that covers the printing area and removes fine dust that adheres to the corners of the vat all at once.
・Preview function: During printing, you can move the printing table to the top and check the progress. If you run out of resin during printing, you can replenish the resin.
