About This Product

■Features of MF-2500EPⅡ

・A new head and table that can handle high temperatures enable modeling of engineering plastics. Large size, high temperature, high precision. Expanding the range of 3D modeling applications ・Enables modeling at 250-300℃, which is the melting temperature of engineering plastics. By reviewing the head temperature control, we can suppress deviations from the target temperature and achieve stable printing. ・Two types of heads for MF-2500EPⅡ are available: high temperature and low temperature. At the time of shipment, extruder No. 0 is connected to high temperature and extruder No. 1 is connected to low temperature. If using at temperatures below 240℃, please replace with a low temperature head. ・Improved the maximum setting temperature of the printing table to 150℃. By incorporating heat insulating material into the bottom of the table and heating the table surface in a concentrated manner, the table can be heated more efficiently and quickly than conventional models.

■Engineering plastic modeling

Engineering plastics have superior heat resistance and mechanical strength compared to general-purpose plastics, and are used as key components for mechanical parts and electronic and electrical equipment. Polycarbonate, a typical engineering plastic, has approximately 1.2 times the tensile strength and 10 to 20 degrees Celsius higher heat resistance than ABS. We have confirmed that the yield stress value of the test piece printed with MF-2500EPⅡ is almost the same as that of injection molded polycarbonate.

■Multi-material/duplicate

In addition to single-piece modeling using one resin, it is possible to model by taking advantage of the advantages of dual heads. It is possible to use separate core and surface materials. By using inexpensive materials for the core material and engineering plastic for the surface, you can significantly reduce molding costs. Equipped with a Duplicate mode that creates copies of the same model. Duplicate mode divides the width of the printing table into two and runs two heads at the same time. Two parts can be printed in one printing time.

■Equipped with a clean damper that suppresses vibration of the XY-axis motor

Donut-shaped internal inertial body and silicone gel absorb vibrations. Always exhibits stable vibration absorption effect. Provides a more comfortable working environment by suppressing vibrations caused by resonance.

■Large size 300×300×300mm

With a printing area of ​​300 x 300 x 300 mm, which is the largest among desktop 3D printers, more dynamic printing is possible. Equipped with two print heads, it is possible to print with different materials, such as two-color printing or using one side exclusively for support materials.
