About This Product
■High-definition modeling
ML-100/80 differs in print size and resolution (X:Y). The ML-100 is suitable for precision parts prototyping, and the ML-80, which has higher XY resolution and smaller modeling size, is suitable for jewelry and figures.
■Features
・Exposure method DLP®: ML-100/80 is a stereolithography 3D printer using DLP® (Digital Light Processing) method. Unlike the fused deposition method, this method can print surfaces at once, so it is faster and allows for high-definition modeling.
・Compact size: Body size is 400 x 390 x 570 mm. Compact size that can be used even in limited spaces in offices and labs
■Easy operation with touch panel
It can be operated standalone without being connected to a computer. The main unit is operated using an LCD touch panel that supports Japanese (bilingual English/Japanese). Necessary modeling data can be imported to USB memory.
In ML-100/80, parameters are automatically set just by selecting the resin name. It is also possible to fine-tune parameters such as changing the exposure time to suit the object being modeled.
■Hanging method
We adopted a hanging method in which the object is hung upside down and irradiated and laminated from below. Since the gap between the modeled object and the bottom of the vat is set to the stacking pitch, highly accurate modeling is possible.
Furthermore, the elevating method, which uses light from above and stacks layers, requires a larger amount of resin than the model itself, but the hanging method minimizes resin consumption.
■Bottom replaceable bat
The bottom of the vat (container) that holds the resin is replaceable. Since a replaceable film is used as the bottom, there is no need to replace or purchase the bat itself even after repeated use, significantly reducing running costs.
■Easy to maintain and use
・One-touch clamp type modeling bat: The modeling bat is a one-touch clamp type that is easy to remove. Resin recovery and film replacement are possible without the use of tools.
・Clean function: Creates a thin film that covers the printing area and removes fine dust that adheres to the corners of the vat all at once.
・Preview function: During printing, you can move the printing table to the top and check the progress. If you run out of resin during printing, you can replenish the resin.
