■Online SPE
Automate solid phase extraction (SPE) pretreatment. Online automation eliminates the need for manual concentration operations and achieves highly sensitive SPE-LC/MS automatic analysis. It also helps reduce the amount of extraction solvent used.
Three system grades are available: Basic, Plus, and Advanced (the higher-end model has two SPE lines (dual clamp) for high throughput.
■Summary
・Basic (single clamp, 250bar or 1,000bar selection)
・Plus (dual clamp, 250bar)
・Advanced (dual clamp, 1,000bar)
*Basic can be upgraded to Plus or Advanced.
■2D-SPE
Dual clamps enable high-throughput analysis that runs SPE pretreatment and LC/MS analysis in parallel, or connect two SPE cartridges in series for breakthrough testing needed for method development. Combined with scalable PAL RTC preprocessing, it enables a wider range of automation.
