Overview
■4 types of cell culture equipment with automatic medium exchange functionConfiguration: Culture module, medium exchange module, transport robot that connects each module, simple scheduler

■Culture module・Stable culture of up to 120 dishes/plates
・Achieved high reliability by completely isolating electrical parts and drive systems from inside the refrigerator.
・The culture chamber can be sterilized by dry heat at 125℃, eliminating problems with cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization.

■Medium exchange module・Up to four 2L culture medium bottles can be installed at the same time
- Possible to install and replace media suitable for the application, such as maintenance media and differentiation media.
・Medium suction using disposable tip
・The amount of culture medium to be aspirated can be set.
・Throughput of medium exchange is 16 or more cells/hour (when using a 10cm dish)

■Transportation robot・The robot arm maintains the dish/plate from below to prevent it from falling during transportation.
・Crash caused by double conveyance is prevented by the detection sensor at the tip of the robot arm and the presence sensor on the robot arm.
・When loading and unloading plates from the culture unit, a unique shutter mechanism maintains the internal environment.
