■Summary
This is an incubator equipped with a transport robot. Powerfully supports cell culture automation.
・Uses a carousel-type turntable to stably culture up to 48 dishes/plates
・Achieved high reliability by completely isolating electrical parts and drive systems from inside the refrigerator.
・Equipped with dry heat sterilization function using direct heating as standard
・When the turntable is removed, the inside of the refrigerator becomes completely flat, making it easy to clean.
・Using a shutter system to suppress changes in the internal environment when loading and unloading plates
Features
■Completely remove the drive system from the culture room
Eliminates failure problems caused by high humidity. Eliminates vibration problems caused by drive system
■Automatic transport (automatic loading/unloading of each plate)
・SBS plates and 100 mm dishes* can be loaded together
・Takt time = approx. 30 s/piece
・Using a unique shutter system to suppress changes in the chamber environment when loading and unloading plates
*A special adapter is required when using the dish.

・Rack and carousel body can be easily attached and detached without tools
