892 Professional Rancimat is an analytical system for easily and safely determining the oxidative stability of natural fats and oils using the Rancimat method, which has been used worldwide for many years. There are 8 measuring positions on 2 heating blocks. The integrated display shows the status of the device and each individual measuring position.
You can start measuring the device using the start key at each measurement position. Cleaning effort and costs can be minimized through the use of practical, disposable reaction vessels and machine-resistant accessories. This saves time and costs, and significantly improves accuracy and reproducibility.
All accessories required to carry out measurements are included in the package. StabNet software is required for instrument control, data recording, evaluation, and storage.
