・ Various CT orbitals and FOVs flexibility by software platform Geminy
・ MPESD = 5.9 µm + L/75 [L in mm] optional measurement version
・ FF35 CT SEMI version based on semiconductor market standards
・ Compatible with a wide variety of samples from fine work such as CFRP to small electronic components and casting products
・ Two types of X -ray pipes can be mounted, 225 kv and transmitted type 190 KV (optional)
・ Dimension measurement accuracy 5.9 μm + L/75 [L = mm] (CT option for measurement)
・ Helical CT (optional) suitable for piling
・ Granite stage with low thermal expansion rate
