About This Product

The Dynisco resin pressure sensor NP400 series thermocouple type is a remote measuring pressure sensor with a thermocouple built into it. Simultaneous measurement of resin pressure and temperature is possible with one mounting hole. (The temperature measurement point is at least 4mm deep from the pressure receiving part at the tip.) All specifications are high precision and long life that are unique to Dynisco. (However, the temperature is not necessarily the resin temperature, but the temperature at the tip of the sensor.) It can be used in a wide variety of ways depending on the measurement conditions. In addition to standard mounting holes for Dynisco pressure sensors (tip φ8, mounting screw 1/2-20UNF), M18 (tip diameter φ10), G3/8 (tip diameter φ10), G3/4 (use adapter sold separately φ18) for existing holes. A variety of mounting hole shapes can be accommodated. Features

■Simultaneous measurement of resin pressure and temperature is possible with one mounting hole

・It has a thermocouple (or RTD) probe inserted into a remote sensing stem. Temperature measurement point is at least 4mm deep from the tip diaphragm ・A variety of specifications are available, including high precision specifications, high durability specifications, and high temperature specifications. ・High precision and long life design even with standard specifications

■Thermocouple is J or K (* 3-wire RTD is also possible)

・Equivalent to JIS class 2, thermocouple female connector included (* Compensation lead wire sold separately.) ・Easy to attach and detach the thermocouple probe
