About This Product

■Summary

Ultra-miniature pressure sensors (miniature pressure gauges) were developed primarily for internal catheter pressure measurement using white light interferometer technology and silicon micromachining technology, and their size, high precision, and reliability enable new measurements. I did. This pressure sensor overcomes harsh environments and provides excellent measurement results. Furthermore, it enables measurements under strong electromagnetic field environments such as EMI, RFI, MRI, and the use of surgical electric scalpels.
