About This Product

■Summary

The optical fiber ultra-compact pressure sensor (optical fiber ultra-compact pressure gauge) is not affected by EMI/RFI and enables highly safe measurement in high-temperature, hazardous environments. This innovative sensor, created by white light interferometer technology and micromachining technology using a silicon diaphragm, will be applied not only to traditional measurements but also to new applications. Additionally, the unique advantages of fiber optics and FISO's white light interference technology provide highly accurate and reliable measurements.
