The lightweight 2Kg head allows it to be mounted on small robots.

The sleeve (trowel) made of special ceramic will not be eaten away by solder. The sleeve has a long life due to less wear.
■Feature-3 Integration of mechanical part and heater part
The coaxial design prevents interference with the workpiece, and melting the solder inside the sleeve prevents flux and solder balls from scattering.

The sleeve (trowel) is made of ceramic, so "sleeve (trowel) cracking" will not occur.

A servo motor sends out the solder wire and cuts it. The amount of solder can be controlled digitally, providing stable quality.
■Also compatible with through holes
Hot gas (N2) jetted from the tip of the sleeve (trowel) efficiently preheats the through-hole for optimal soldering.
■Structure with consideration for maintainability
Want to reduce sludge adhesion to sleeves and fume adhesion to mechanical parts. Consideration has been given to ease of maintenance.
■Sludge (oxidized solder) adhesion measures
N2 atmosphere soldering suppresses sludge generation. Sludge can be removed with a sleeve cleaner (rotary tool).
■Fume (smoke) entry prevention
Downflow from the top of the box-structured head prevents fumes from entering.
■Maintenance parts can be installed and removed in seconds.
Equipped with a sleeve changer, you can attach and detach the sleeve with one touch. Maintenance parts (cutter, chute pipe) can also be removed in seconds (less than 1 minute).
