About This Product
It is a matte sensor mat switch with an excellent oil resistance that forms a bag -shaped cover mat with NBR (oil -resistant), acrylonitrile and butadock mats and built -in sensor substrates.
The sensor type becomes a heavy sensor. You can also respond to customization of sensor dimensions. The maximum dimension is about 1,000mm x 2,000mm.
■ Main characteristics
･ It is a mat sensor mat switch with excellent oil resistance using an NBR rubber cover.
･ The inside of the sensor (reaction portion) has no wiring, so it has a high durability and long life with an extremely simple surface detection structure.
･ The surface is less slippery by the grain processing.
･ Outer periphery (edge part) Approximately 25mm width is a bag -shaped cover mat, so there is no sensor (about 2 mm thick). The part that forms this bag is a taper that eliminates the steps and plays a role in preventing stumbling.
･ It is hard to slip due to the characteristics of the rubber of the base.
･ Built -in waterproof sensor mat can be made into waterproof specifications.
