About This Product

■EVOS Onstage IncubatorThe second generation EVOS Onstage Incubator (OSI-2) is an accessory for the EVOS M5000 and EVOS M7000 Imaging System that allows incubation of cells at user-defined temperatures, humidity, and gases (O2, CO2, or N2). , images of live cells can be acquired under physiological and non-physiological (e.g., hypoxic) conditions, and time-lapse videos can be recorded over long periods of time.

■Main features- Intuitive user interface (UI) simplifies experiment setup and monitoring of experimental conditions
・Can be adjusted during the experiment using the UI
-Small footprint and sophisticated design saves lab space
On-board air compressor does not require a separate air tank; OSI-2 is also 42dB quieter
Precise control of temperature (see diagram below), humidity, and gases provides a relatively uniform living cell environment under both physiological and non-physiological conditions (e.g. hypoxia)

■Video and dataOSI-2 maintains an optimal live cell environment for live cell experiments such as neurite outgrowth, cell proliferation, and hypoxia. Images and time-lapse videos can be analyzed in greater depth, with additional visualization options available using Celleste 6.0 image analysis software.
