About This Product

■Summary- A pinhole detector used to inspect pinholes in coatings and linings (painted films, resins, rubber, and other insulating materials) of various metals.
・Apply high frequency and high voltage and check for pinholes under discharge conditions.
-Can be used for all-around inspection of the inner and outer surfaces of containers, etc.

■Features・It can be detected visually by the spark of high voltage discharge.
- By replacing the tip electrode regardless of the shape of the product inside the container, it can be used for inspection objects of any shape.
-Easy to operate. When the power switch and high voltage discharge switch are turned on, discharge starts from the probe.
- The probe has a thickness that is easy to hold.
・The probe has a built-in high voltage discharge switch.
・High voltage output has a maximum voltage of 30kV.
- The discharge electrode at the tip of the probe can be connected and replaced with an M6mm screw.
・We can custom design discharge electrodes with easy-to-use shapes.
