About This Product

■Summary

- A pinhole detector used to inspect pinholes in coatings and linings (painted films, resins, rubber, and other insulating materials) on various metals. - Apply high AC voltage and check for pinholes under discharge conditions. - Can be used for all-around inspection of the inner and outer surfaces of containers, etc. ・Detects spark discharge and notifies you with an alarm. Spark discharge detection sensitivity setting is not required. - Detects disconnection of the probe connection cable or abnormality in the main unit and notifies you with an alarm.

■Features

・Small, lightweight, and easy to carry. - Pinholes can be visually inspected by applying high voltage to the discharge electrode and generating spark discharge. ・If spark discharge occurs, an alarm will notify you. Spark discharge detection sensitivity setting is not required. - By replacing the discharge electrode according to the shape of the product inside the container, it can be used for inspection objects of any shape. - Operation is intuitive. When the power switch and high voltage application switch are turned on, discharge starts from the discharge electrode of the probe. - The probe has a thickness that is easy to hold. - The discharge electrode is connected to the tip of the probe with an M6 screw, so it can be replaced. A M6 x 80 (mm) needle end electrode is included as standard. ・The probe has a built-in high voltage application switch. - Can apply high voltage up to 30kV. It can be fixed after adjustment. - When the probe connection cable is short-circuited, the fuse will cut off and cut off the current. ・If the probe connection cable is disconnected (including a blown fuse) or if an abnormality is detected in the main unit, an alarm will be issued. ・Detects spark discharge and notifies you with an alarm. - In the event of an alarm, the main unit (warning indicator light/warning buzzer) will issue an alarm, and the high voltage application switch indicator light will flash to notify you.
