About This Product

■Standard specification water-cooled heat sinks are available for immediate delivery.

Since the amount of heat and size of the object to be cooled differs from customer to customer, our basic policy is to create water-cooled heat sinks that meet the customer's needs. On the other hand, we also offer standard products for customers who want something immediately or just for now.

Flatness and parallelism are 0.02mm or less to eliminate gaps with the heat source.

■Focus on brazing properties

The entire surface of the main body (channel side) and lid are joined without any gaps by brazing.

■Focus on preventing water leakage from the mouthpiece (piping connection)

・Uses a stainless steel base - The material of the cap is SUS, which does not easily soften even after brazing. ・Therefore, it will not easily deform even if retightened, so there is no need to worry about water leakage.

■Highly reliable brazing connection

・The cap and main body are joined by brazing. ・Since it is not a seal tape or screw-in type, it has a structure that will not loosen. *Easy to install with no accessories required When installing the tube, you can easily attach it using the included cap nut. (Hose bands etc. are not required.)

■The clasp is made of stainless steel

- Compatible with all types of piping - By using conversion fittings, it is possible to connect to various piping.

The refrigerant that can be used for a water-cooled heat sink is determined by its material. We will suggest the most suitable refrigerant depending on the usage environment and temperature.
