Therefore, we have prepared an entry -level device, Master Saizer, 3000E, which has a basic function of 3000 master sizas. ■ Overview The Master Saizer 3000E has the basic function of the laser -type granularity distribution measuring device, and can be upgraded to the master sizer 3000 in the future. Two types of performance levels: Master Saizer 3000E Basic ・ The particle diameter range of 0.1 to 1,000 µm ・ Only wet manual distributed unit ・ Basic software only (including updates and bug fixes) ・ Master Saizer 3000e Upgrade to Extended Master Saizer 3000e Extended ・ Automatic distributed unit and wet manual distributed unit compatible ・ Software function equivalent to Master Saizer 3000 (including updates and bug fixes) ■ Master Saizer 3000E uses a laser diffraction type as a measurement principle. The laser light is measured by measuring the intensity of the scattered light when passing through the distributed particle sample. After that, this data is analyzed and the particle diameter generated in the scattered pattern is calculated. The device is mainly composed of the following three. ・ Optical bench-distributed sample passes through the optical bench. Here, laser light irradiates particles. After that, the intensity of light scattered at a wide angle by particles in the sample is accurately measured. ・ Distributed units (accessories) samples are dispersed by wet and dry distributed units. As a result, the particles are sent to the optical bench measurement area in the correct concentration and appropriate and stable distributed state. ・ Measurement equipment Software Master Saizer 3000E software controls the system under measurement, analyzes scattered data, and calculates the granular distribution.
