About This Product

In the road bridge concrete floor version of waterproof layer construction specified in the Road Bridge, it is important to manage the water volume on the floor plate surface after concrete surface treatment. If the amount of moisture is not appropriate, the waterproof layer will be blown and peeled off, and the expected performance will not be obtained, and the performance of the entire road bridge will be reduced. Until now, when measuring the water on the floor plate surface, the measurement value may be lower due to the impact of the uneven surface after surface treatment. In order to reduce the effects of the unevenness surface, the instrument "Hi-100" has adopted an electric resistance type for the measurement principle, and has a rubber sensor made of conductor rubber. The rubber sensor adheres to the uneven surface, improving accuracy. This equipment is a joint development product with the Japan Construction Machinery Construction Association Construction Technology Research Institute (one company).

Rubber sensor, which has a high degree of adhesion with the floor plate surface, is less likely to be affected by the surface finish, so it can be accurately measured.

■ Two types of measurement values ​​are displayed
