About This Product
Paper water meters are not only used for quality control in manufacturing plants. For example, in printing, moist water is used in normal offset printing, and printing paper requires moderate moisture absorption that does not inhibit ink metastases. In addition, when the winding paper for printing is sent to a rotating machine at high speed, it may break if it is not kept moderately water.
In this way, there is a deep relationship between the printing process and the water content of the paper. In the field of processing paper tube factories and cardboard paper, water management is also an important item in quality control.
The HK-300 series is equipped with craft paper, liner, copy paper, and cardboard paper scale to be used in the fields involved in paper, and a user-calibration line registration function that allows users to create channels is also added. Three types of constant pressure sensors are prepared in the model of HK-300-1/-2/-3.
■ Up to 10 types of user calibrations
Users can register original channels for users to support various types of paper.
■ Maximum alarm setting function
If you set any water value, the buzzer will sound and notify you when the measured value exceeds the set value.
■ Hydraulic correction is possible
For each channel, water levels can be corrected within -9.9 % to+9.9 %.
■ Auto power -off function
If the key operation or measurement is not performed for about 5 minutes, the power will be automatically turned off to prevent battery consumption.
■ 3 types of sensors
･ HK-300-1: Handy-type grip sensor with few individual differences.
･ HK-300-2: Conductive rubber sensor suitable for simple measurements just to be pressed.
･ HK-300-3: constant pressure sensor using desktop.
Each model can be added as an option, and each scale is built -in in advance.

･ Grip sensor: Copy paper 4-15 %, cardboard 6-20 %
･ Conductor rubber sensor: Copy paper 4-25 %, liner paper 6-23 %, craft paper 5-24 %
･ Control pressure sensor: 2-15 % of copy paper paper, 5-15 % liner paper, 2-10 % craft paper
