About This Product

■Technology overview New environmentally friendly technology

This is the ultimate induction heating technology using ultra-high frequencies. By instantaneously injecting energy with extremely high energy density into a narrow heated area, we bring out previously unknown performance in steel. Hardening by self-cooling is now possible with pulse output and instantaneous cutting. Does not require refrigerants such as water or oil. Hardening only the necessary areas reduces deformation, saves energy, and enables high productivity.

・Textile machinery: sinkers, knitting needles, jacks, cams, travelers, carding wires ・Automotive: valves, gears, sprockets ・Cuttle: Thomson blade, hand saw, band saw, jigsaw, pliers, nippers, circular saw, scissors ・Power tools: motor shafts, gears

■Features

・Making carbon steel harder (usually 100 to 200 Hv higher) makes it possible to extend the life or select a cheaper steel type. - Hardening is possible from a surface of 3φ and a depth of 50μ. ・Productivity can be greatly improved with short-time pulse hardening. Example: A saw blade can be tempered in 0.01 seconds. ・No coolant is required for most quenching operations. The working environment is extremely good and energy savings are achieved. ・Easy to automate and reduce costs.
