Hydrogen trace gas generator YMHN-50
■Resolves concerns about leakage test gas supply
This device can generate hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gas just by injecting purified water. Trace gas that complies with international standards can be generated safely and inexpensively.
■Cost reduction with no need for cylinders
There is no need to purchase gas cylinders on a daily basis, which was a burden in conventional leak tests. As a result, running costs can be reduced to about 1/4th compared to helium gas and about 1/20th compared to hydrogen/nitrogen mixed gas.

■Safety measures initiatives
Equipped with a dual monitoring system for the hydrogen/nitrogen mixed gas concentration and the atmospheric concentration inside the device, an immediate stop function, and a safe exhaust function (patent pending), it enables safe and secure automatic operation of the trace gas generator.
■Reducing the burden on workers
Gas can be generated by simply replenishing purified water, eliminating the need for frequent cylinder replacements that place a heavy burden on workers. Users only need to use the "start" and "stop" buttons on a daily basis, and no complicated settings are required.

This is a high-resolution hydrogen leak detector that can detect concentrations ranging from a low concentration of 0.5ppm to a high concentration of 13,000ppm. Achieves quick measurements with high-speed response and real measurements. We have a tabletop type and a handheld type.
Features of hydrogen leak detector
■Uses Yamaha's original MEMS hydrogen sensor
High-resolution detection is possible with Yamaha's unique MEMS sensor. Available from low concentration (0.5ppm) to high concentration (13,000ppm).
■Realizes quick start-up and recovery in less than 1 second
High-throughput testing allows for quick recovery after measurement, allowing you to quickly move on to the next detection.
■Quickly detect danger and warn
If the hydrogen concentration exceeds 13,000ppm (=1.3%), a "danger" message will be displayed, an alarm will be issued, and the measurement will be interrupted.
■Real measurement
Displays the detected value as long as there is hydrogen even in the same concentration atmosphere. There is no deterioration of linearity or saturation of output with high concentration hydrogen.
