About This Product

■Summary・A near-infrared analyzer (NIR) that can monitor the quality of raw materials/products as well as semi-finished products during the process.
・Easy to use with built-in calibration curve creation and analysis software

■Principle・Near-infrared light of 900nm to 1,700nm is irradiated onto the object to be measured, and the transmitted or reflected light is analyzed and detected using the polychromator spectroscopy method.
・Create a calibration curve in advance using the built-in software and quantify the measurement target.
・Near infrared absorption attribution: -OH, -CH, -NH, CONH

■Features (PNIR-F17)・Fiber method
・Transmission measurement/reflection measurement possible
・Can be integrated into CTS-PRC, which is responsible for tablet coating in the continuous manufacturing system CTS-MiGRA. The amount of coating film can be monitored in real time and can be used for end point control.

■Features (PNIR-R17)・Coaxial optical system
・Can be installed at a measurement distance of 50mm to 100mm
・Highly reproducible measurement
・Wide measurement area up to φ20mm
・Can be integrated into the MG200, which is responsible for mixing raw materials in the continuous manufacturing system CTS-MiGRA. Mixing conditions can be monitored in real time and can be used to determine the mixing end point.

■Application example・It is possible to monitor moisture, proteins, lipids, sugars, alcohol, amino acids, main ingredients of formulations, solvents, polymers, film thickness, etc.
・On the production line: Real-time monitoring for quality maintenance and control. Feedback control using monitoring information
・At the quality control site: Inspection of raw materials received. Product quality control
・In the laboratory: Time change monitoring of specimens. Spectral acquisition and analysis
