About This Product

■Micro fuse KAB type N series

Microfuse KAB type N series provides circuit protection against overcurrent in important in-vehicle electrical equipment related to the basic performance of the vehicle, equipment where circuit protection element failure would cause serious loss, and equipment that could potentially affect human life. This is a highly reliable series developed for the purpose of Additionally, it complies with ACE-Q200, which is widely adopted as a standard for automotive electronic components. The design is environmentally friendly as it is completely lead-free.

■Features

・We have developed a new type of fuse using our unique manufacturing method, which has small variations in fusing characteristics and excellent fast blowing performance. ・The surface temperature rise when the rated current is applied is 75℃ or less, making it a fuse that has little effect on the surrounding area. ・Two types are available: 1,608 (1.6×0.8×0.45mm) and 2012 (2.0×1.25×0.5mm) and ultra-small. ・Dimension accuracy and symmetrical electrode structure suitable for high-density mounting enable automatic mounting and self-alignment using a chip placer. ・Soldering heat resistance satisfies 260℃ for 10 seconds and is compatible with both reflow and dipping. ・The tape carrier uses a press pocket mount to ensure high accuracy. ・Completely lead-free product. ・The KAB type N series is highly reliable and suitable for circuits of components installed in vehicle interiors.
