■High current micro fuse JAK type
We have developed the high current microfuse JAK type to meet the safety needs of equipment that uses motors and lithium-ion batteries. By using frame material for the fuse element, we have achieved a small size and high current rating. The design is environmentally friendly as it is completely lead-free.
■Features
- Due to its unique structure, it achieves a rated current of 20A, rated voltage of 60VDC, and rated breaking current of 100A despite its small size of 3.2x1.6x1.4mm.
・A fast-acting type fuse with little variation in fusing characteristics.
- The fuse element is made of plate material and has excellent rush current resistance.
・When the rated current is applied, the product surface temperature rise is Δ75℃ or less, making it a fuse that has little effect on the surrounding area.
-Soldering heat resistance satisfies 260℃ for 10 seconds and is compatible with both reflow and dipping.
・This product has a unique electrode terminal structure that makes it difficult for the Manhattan phenomenon to occur.
- Ideal for automatic mounting with a chip placer.
- Self-alignment is possible with dimensional accuracy and symmetrical electrode structure suitable for high-density mounting.
・Completely lead-free and bromine-free product.
