About This Product
■Microfuse JAG type was developed for the purpose of circuit protection against overcurrents in portable electronic devices, batteries, etc.
With the proliferation of portable electronic devices, the use of high-capacity batteries is increasing. The JAG type microfuse was developed for the purpose of protecting circuits from overcurrents in areas such as portable electronic devices and batteries. A wire rod is used for the fuse element, making this product improved in pulse resistance despite its small size. The design is environmentally friendly as it is completely lead-free.
■Features
・With our unique structure, there is no variation in fusing characteristics and excellent fast cutting performance.
・Since wire is used for the fuse element, it has particularly excellent pulse resistance.
・The surface temperature rise when the rated current is applied is 75℃ or less, making it a fuse that has little effect on the surrounding area.
・Soldering heat resistance satisfies 260℃ for 10 seconds and is compatible with both reflow and dipping.
・This product is resistant to Manhattan phenomenon due to our unique terminal structure.
- Compact at 3,216 (3.2×1.6×1.4mm).
- Ideal for automatic mounting with a chip placer.
- "Self-alignment" is possible with dimensional accuracy and symmetrical electrode structure suitable for high-density mounting.
・Completely lead-free and bromine-free product.
