■All-in-one solution for powder reuse
Fuse Blast uses compressed air to blow media while rotating the printed product in a polishing barrel, efficiently removing semi-sintered powder adhering to the surface of the printed product and creating a smooth, powder-free surface. Fuse Blast's optional polishing equipment can also be added to the Fuse Blast to create a smoother, semi-gloss finish that is ready for staining and other surface treatments, making it comparable to consumer grade products.

The polishing basket inside Fuse Blast rotates and uses compressed air to spray polishing media to efficiently remove semi-sintered powder attached to the surface of the printed product. The sanding basket is completely hands-free; all you need to do is transfer your print from the Fuse Sift to the basket in a special container and choose your settings.
■Keep your molded products and work area clean
Fuse Blast's built-in ionizer removes static electricity from your print, preventing dust and media debris from clinging to the surface. The function of the polishing device and the ionized air emitted from the ionizer prevent dust from re-adhering to the surface of the modeled object even after post-processing is complete, resulting in a smooth, powder-free texture.
