■Excellent efficiency with 5 times the modeling space
Form 3L can of course print large items all at once without having to print them separately, but it is also often used to print many small items at once to improve efficiency. This benchtop-sized, high-capacity SLA stereolithography 3D printer also incorporates Formlabs' proprietary patented LFS (Low Force Stereolithography™) technology.
■Next generation 3D printing equipped with new method “LFS”
Form 3+ uses Low Force Stereolithography (LFS) technology to significantly reduce printing stress. As a result, the quality of printed objects has improved compared to conventional methods.
■Not only for large scale modeling but also for multiple batch modeling
With a maximum molding size of 335 x 200 x 300 mm, it is compatible with batch production of large prototypes and batch production of small products.
■Simple post-processing “Form Wash L+ Form Cure L”
Form Wash and Form Cure automate the cleaning and post-curing time of printed objects. By applying appropriate post-processing, deformation and warping can be suppressed and stable, high-precision modeling can be performed.
■Material management made simple
Compatible with over 15 types of functional resins. Support a wide range of workflows with one printer. Additionally, an automatic resin supply system supplies resin to the tank in parallel with part modeling. To avoid running out of material during printing, Form 3L can be equipped with two resin cartridges.
