About This Product
Hydraulic bolt tensioners use cylinders to apply tension to bolts and stud bolts, and use their elasticity to apply a certain tightening force to bolts, etc. Just by adjusting the hydraulic pressure, you can apply precise tightening force.
No bending or twisting due to torque friction, no galling of screws, and no damage to bolts, nuts, or flanges. The dimensions and strokes in the table below are representative examples. We also design and manufacture special types such as arbitrary strokes and ram chair diameters (φA dimension) that do not interfere with adjacent nuts. S-1R coupler is included.
