About This Product
We have developed an ultra-high pressure nozzle that guarantees a maximum water pressure of 100kgf/cm, whereas a conventional high-pressure nozzle could only be used with a maximum water pressure of 30kgf/cm. By injecting coolant at a higher pressure than conventional methods, it is possible to achieve a rapid cooling effect and improved chip removal ability. Also, since the main body is made of stainless steel, it is rust-resistant.
When using a conventional high-pressure nozzle (maximum 30 kgf/cm) to spray coolant onto a cutting area that has reached a high temperature of nearly 1,000℃, the area around the cutting area is blocked by high-pressure steam from the evaporated coolant, which continues to the cutting area. There was a problem in that it was difficult to supply coolant and cool it sufficiently.
This problem can be solved by injecting coolant at a pressure higher than 30kgf/cm. This ultra-high pressure nozzle is ideal for machines that process difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium alloys and heat-resistant superalloys used in aerospace-related parts.
