■Summary
The R3151 series is a CMOS voltage detector IC that can operate up to 36V. It has a 36V input (absolute maximum operating rating of 50V), high accuracy, and low current consumption, making it ideal for monitoring car battery voltage. A/B version for VDD pin detection and E/F version for SENSE pin detection are available.
The detection voltage and release voltage can be set separately, and the accuracy is ±1.5% for both detection voltage and release voltage. It also has pins to set the detection delay time and release delay time (power-on reset time). The output format is Nch open drain output, and there are two types: "L" output type and "H" output type upon detection. The package is SOT-23-6.
