The R8300 series is an automotive CMOS voltage detector IC that can operate up to 36V. It has a 36V input (absolute maximum operating rating of 50V), high accuracy, and low current consumption, making it ideal for monitoring car battery voltage. A/G version with VDD pin detection and E version with SENSE pin detection are available.
The detection voltage can be set in the range of 3.0V to 12.0V in 0.1V increments, and the accuracy is ±1.5%. It also has a pin to set the release delay time (power-on reset time). The output format is Nch open drain output, and the output is "L" when detected. The package is SOT-23-6.
