R3121 is a voltage detector with a maximum input of 36V (absolute maximum rating: 50V). VDD terminal detection type (R3121NxxxA), SENSE terminal detection type (R3121NxxxE), and VDD terminal detection type without hysteresis (R3121NxxxG) can be selected according to the system configuration.
■Features
・Detection voltage accuracy is ±1.5% (Ta=25℃), meeting high-precision voltage detection requirements
・VDD terminal detection, SENSE terminal detection, lineup with/without hysteresis to meet various system requirements
・Release delay time (power-on reset time) can be set using an external capacitor
- Small package (SOT-23-6) allows for reduction of mounting area
