About This Product

■Summary

The R3119 series is a CMOS voltage detector IC that can operate up to 36V. It has a 36V input (absolute maximum operating rating of 50V) and can directly detect up to 12V, making it ideal for digital home appliances. A version with delay function and E version with separate SENSE terminal are available. The release delay time accuracy of version A is -50% to +80%. In the E version, as long as the power supply is secured, the reset output will not become unstable and can be held at "L". The package is SOT-23-5, and the smaller DFN (PL) 1820-6 is also available for consumer and industrial products. The operating temperature range of industrial products is -50℃, covering a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures.
