R3152 is a window voltage detector ideal for functional safety requirements. It monitors drops and rises in the output voltage of the power supply IC supplied to microcontrollers and sensors, and prevents the system from operating at abnormal voltages. The operating temperature range of industrial products is -50℃, covering a wide temperature range from low to high temperatures.

・By operating on battery voltage, power supply and voltage monitoring functions can be separated.
・Highly accurate detection with overvoltage/undervoltage detection voltage accuracy of -1.25% to 0.75% and hysteresis of 1.5%.
- Adoption of small package SOT-23-6, safe and secure pin arrangement considering short-circuits between adjacent pins
