NJU77580/NJU77582 is a 1/2-circuit input/output full swing CMOS operational amplifier featuring wide band and low noise.Low noise (6nV/√Hz at 10kHz), wide bandwidth (20MHz), and high slew rate (10V/μs) characteristics. is ideal for a wide range of applications such as signal conditioning and sensor amplifier circuits that require high gain. Low input bias current, low noise characteristics, and 0.5μV/°C input offset voltage drift also make them ideal for filters, integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and high-impedance sensors.Full input and output swing allows designers to Can buffer ADCs, DACs, and other wide output range devices in single-supply systems. NJU77580/NJU77582 can directly drive 1,000pF capacitive load with Enhanced C-Drive TM technology. Furthermore, by maintaining the GBW even with large capacitive loads, it is possible to suppress the amplitude drop and distortion of the AC output signal. Ideal for cable drivers that handle high-speed signals and high-speed active filter circuits that are concerned about wiring capacity. The NJU77580/NJU77582 has a built-in EMI filter to reduce malfunctions caused by RF noise from mobile phones and other wireless devices. Also, the input voltage exceeds the positive supply voltage (recommended: V− + 5.5 V) is ideal for designing rugged industrial applications. The NJU77580 / NJU77582 can operate over a power supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V over an extended industrial temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
