About This Product

■Achilles Aeron R series is a generic name for on-site foaming rigid urethane foam.

As a comprehensive manufacturer of polyurethane foam, we have many years of experience in manufacturing and selling high-quality raw solutions and foaming equipment, and we also provide unique and thorough technical services. The Achilles Aeron R series has excellent insulation performance and is highly effective in insulating and preventing condensation not only in general buildings but also in frozen and refrigerated warehouses. In addition, since it is possible to use spray or injection methods, it has many advantages compared to other construction methods, such as labor-saving, reduced costs due to shorter construction periods, and the creation of a gap-free insulation layer.

■Features

The spray method for the Achilles Aeron R series uses a special foaming machine to spray the undiluted solution onto the object using a spray gun. When sprayed, it instantly adheres to the target surface and hardens by foaming. Thickness can be adjusted by spraying in layers. In this way, the Achilles Aeron R series spray method has several advantages over other insulation methods.

■Excellent insulation properties

The Achilles Aeron R series exhibits excellent heat insulation performance due to its cell structure made of polyurethane resin.

■Achieving a heat insulating layer with no joints

With conventional insulation methods, the joints that cannot be avoided allow heat and water vapor to enter, and are a major cause of condensation and heat loss, but with the spray method, you can obtain a heat-insulating layer without any joints.

■Excellent self-adhesion when foaming

The Achilles Aeron R series has self-adhesive properties and can strongly adhere and harden to various objects without the need for adhesives. (However, it does not adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.)

■Enabling labor saving and shortening of construction period

Because it is a spray method, it shortens the construction period, which in turn reduces labor costs and costs.

■Excellent chemical resistance

It has properties that are resistant to acids, alkalis, and oils.

■Achilles Aeron FR-AW

"Achilles Aeron FR-AW" is a flame-retardant spray-on rigid urethane foam that uses water as a foaming agent and does not use CFCs at all. (Water reacts with the raw material isocyanate to generate carbon dioxide gas) Features of Achilles Aeron FR-AW ・Can be constructed in the same way as before ・Compatible with green procurement ・Compatible with public construction construction standard specifications
